RENT THE VILLA

The villa is composed of 3 levels. On the first floor you will find a large living room with a fireplace and a dining table that can accommodate 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (master bedroom) with its own shower room and toilet and a guest toilet.

On the first floor, a workspace with 2 desks, two screens and a printer, ideal for remote work and a second room (La Montagnarde) with private shower room and toilet.

Finally, on the first floor, you will have the equivalent of an independent apartment with a fully equipped open kitchen and a living/dining room with direct access to the equipped terrace, the garden and the mosaic pool. On this level, you will also find 2 independent bedrooms (L'Asiatique & La Provençale), each with its own bathroom and toilet; one of them (La Provençale) is very spacious and can easily accommodate a couple and their child (a baby bed and a high chair are available on request). All the beds are of very good quality with the possibility of transforming the 180cm beds into two 90cm beds (except for the main room). All rooms are AIR-CONDITIONED. Parking for 4 to 5 cars is possible in a private enclosure and a charging point for electric vehicles is available.
