What should I do after I have made a reservation?



For reservations from Jan to May, Christophe or Pam will contact you after your reservation is made.


For reservations for June to December, our agent will be in contact with you. You can contact them by email : [email protected]

What time is check in and check out time?



From January to May, you can arrive from 15:00.

Departures will be until 11:00 am.


However, upon request and notice, we remain flexible to meet your needs subject to availability. Do not hesitate to contact us directly.
For the rental of the entire villa, from June to December, arrival times will be from 17:00 and departures until 11:00.

What is your cancellation policy?

How do I make payment ?



We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer or cash.

Breakfast and meals



Is breakfast included? Yes, breakfast is included and is served from 08:00H until 10:00H. Should your travel arrangements require an earlier breakfast, we will be happy to accommodate upon request.
Do you cater to vegetarian or vegan diet? Presently, we only serve breakfast. With advance notice and upon request, we can cater a vegetarian breakfast. Vegan breakfast  is not availiable unfortunately.
What type of breakfast is served? We serve full continental breakfast. Eggs and ham upon request.
Do you provide lunch or dinner? Presently, we do not provide but we may consider this option depending on demand.

Children, pets and mobile accessibility



Is it safe for young children? The villa is composed of 3 levels with stairs to different parts of the property. 2 rooms are located with easy access to the pool (pool alarm installed). Young children are welcome so long as they are supervised at all times by adults who shall assume full responsibility. They cannot be left unattended at all times.
Is the villa accessible to mobility challenged individuals? No, there are stairs to all parts of the villa with no ramp access
Do you welcome pets? Apologies, no pets allowed

Air-condition, heating and security alarm



Is there air conditioning in the villa? No, we do not have air-conditioning installed. We are located 432 meter above sea level surrounded by mountains. During the hottest summer months in this area, we have found the thermal shutters (volets à isolation thermique) functioning well, keeping the interior temperature at comfortable level.
How is the villa heated? During the winter months, our central heating pump system provides warmth to the entire villa. It is set at the consistent temperature of 20 degrees. We also have a fireplace in the living room where we set a nice fire during most nights.
Is the pool heated ? No, presently the pool is not heated.
Is the pool equipped with an alarm? Yes, it is equipped with a pool alarm
Is there security alarm in the villa? Yes, our villa is installed and equipped with security alarm operated by VERISURE to provide the best peace of mind for you and your family.

Transportation



Do you provide airport transfer? No, we do not provide airport transfer. For the best holiday experience, we suggest you rent a car to enjoy the most that this area offers. Alternatively, we will gladly recommend a few taxi providers upon request.
What public transport goes to center of Nice? Hop on to Lignes d’Azur Bus 19 (20 minutes’ walk to the bus stop from the villa). The bus ride will be around an hour. Alternatively, drive to and drop your car at the Lignes d’Azur Pont Michel tram station (free parking all day). Estimated travel time from Pont Michel to heart of Nice is around 20 minutes.
Do you have a secure private car park? Yes, we have an enclosed secured parking space for 4 to 5 cars
Can I recharge my electrical car? Yes, there is an outdoor plug dedicated to charge electrical car.

Covid information



Is the villa fully cleaned by covid standard? Yes, we have undergone compliance training to ensure the highest standard of sanitary cleanliness.; including all common touch points are carefully cleaned with care.
Are both the hosts vaccinated? Yes, both Christophe and Pam are fully vaccinated and have received the latest required booster shots.
