The villa is composed of 3 levels. All room are AIR-CONDITIONED. On the first level, a large living room overlooks the panoramic view of the mountains with a fireplace and with a dining table to accommodate 10 people. A fully equiped kitchen, the master bedroom (chambre principale) with its own shower room and WC and a guest WC is on this level too.

Upstaires, a workspace consisting of 2 height adjustable desks, two screens and a printer is availaible for remote working. A second bedroom (La Montagnarde) with private shower room and WC is on this level too.

Finally, on the ground floor, you will have an independent apartment with a fully equipped open kitchen and a living/dining room with direct access to the outdoor terrace, the garden and the mosaic swimming pool. At this level, you will also find 2 independent bedrooms (L'Asiatique & La Provençale) each with its own bathroom and WC. La Provençale is very spacious and can comfortably accomodate a couple and their child (a cot and a high chaire is available upon request). All beds are of good quality with the possibility of transforming the 180cm beds into two 90cm beds (except for chambre principale).

Parking for 4 or 5 cars is possible in a private enclosure and a charging socket for electric vehicles is available.
